This company will drop you for the littlest of things. They dropped my mother and didn't even notify her of it so she was riding around without insurance and didn't even know it.

this people don't like armenians. if you are an armenian and you get in an accident with another armenian forget about your car being covered by state farm. it funny but its been proven to me and my friends. the worst insurance company and i hope one day they pay for it. most of their investigators are whites that dont like any other race.its sucks for me to write this review but its the truth! i hate state farm and i will sue them soon just to get my car fixed!

this isn't about all of state farm but a particular agent who ruined it all for my family and i: aileen baldwin. my family used to be under her before we started to notice that we had random fees that made no sense. when we questioned these fees, she said they were "insurance" fees. to this day, we have no clue what happened to those fees. i changed my plan to just me on my birthday and she still mails my mother my information even though i'm the primary holder of my account. i tell you, she's got her own motives and would not recommend working with her. find another state farm agent.

Always nice, get right to your problem, and follow through with a check for your damages! I highly recommend this insurance company, they have never let me down no matter what the cost! Thanks State Farm R & J from Alabama
